Paul Ingrassia is a litigation lawyer at Ingrassia Macaluso Associates, bringing a solutions-focused and detail-oriented approach to his legal practice. Paul earned his law degree from the University of Windsor Faculty of Law and was called to the Ontario Bar in 2016.

Paul began his legal career at a large regional firm practicing corporate-commercial and estates litigation.

Paul has appeared before all levels of court in Ontario, including the Superior Court of Justice, the Divisional Court and Ontario’s Court of Appeal.

Paul’s practice areas focus on all areas of litigation with particular focus on estate litigation.

Charles Macaluso

Charles Macaluso has been practicing law since 1987. Born and raised in Hamilton, Charles earned a B.Sc. from McMaster University and a law degree from Osgoode Hall Law School. Charles completed his articles at Agro, Zaffiro in 1986 and completed the bar admission course in 1987 and called to the bar on April 8, 1987.

Charles brings nearly 40 years of experience in real estate law, corporate and commercial law, and wills and estates. He is known for his highly personal, attentive approach and long-standing client relationships. Charles’ commitment to his clients is matched by his passion for giving back to and advocating for the Hamilton community having served on numerous not-for-profit Boards including a continued role as a Board Member for Villa Italia Retirement Residence since 1992 and Chair in 2008-2009. Charles was also the President of Order Sons of Italy from 1992 to 1994 and served on the executive for seven years from 1990 to 1997.

Charles has been recognized as an award-winning legal professional by Festitalia and Villa Italia.

In addition to his community service, Charles founded the mentorship and co-operative program for Catholic and public high-school students at Ingrassia Macaluso Associates. He serves as a valued mentor to the students, providing guidance and instruction on the legal profession and those interested in pursuing a career in it.

Charles is a frequent speaker on the topic of a career in the legal profession and other aspects of the law at Hamilton-area secondary schools. Charles has also been recognized by several publications in the Hamilton area for his accomplishments in the legal profession.

Jerry Ingrassia

With over 50 years of legal experience, Jerry Ingrassia has maintained a highly respected, best-in-class residential real estate, corporate commercial, and wills and estates practice based upon his core values of community, loyalty, and tenacity. A lifelong Hamilton resident, Jerry earned his undergraduate degree at McMaster University and his law degree from Osgoode Hall Law School. He was called to the Ontario Bar in 1974.

Known for his clear communication and client-first approach, Jerry works closely with each client to understand their goals and provide practical, cost-effective solutions.
